Just want to thank you for a great culinary experience. I learned so much in your class that would have been very difficult to pick up on my own. I really look forward to taking Tech-2 in the future or any other classes that you teach. Even though I had a bad cold yesterday evening I would not miss the class - just watching the cutting techniques, etc. was well worth it.

What makes you such an outstanding instructor is the level of interest you take in the class from start to finish. You have such an abundant amount of energy and enthusiasm as well as the fact that you are approachable, real, honest, etc. A student who comes to your class must plan on being an active participant and not merely a bystander.

We have been cooking at home more. We have started buying a big bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooking the whole thing. They last for a few meals, and I also chop them up and put them on the salads I buy at work.
