As a coach, I help clients set and achieve goals.
Some clients want to change career paths, or start a relationship. Others are looking for physical changes, like weight loss, or move to a new city or country. Coaching clients are interested in moving from where they are to a place that will bring more satisfaction.
As a coach, I speak with my clients weekly over the course of three months. During this time, we establish a goal, and you move toward it. Our weekly sessions are a fulcrum point, a time to think, plan, asses what's working and what needs to change. The majority of the work is done outside the sessions, as you move closer to your goal.
