Take a moment and think about what you'd like to cook, if you could cook anything.
Is it a couple of simple, dependable weekday dinners? Maybe you love steak, but can't get that restaurant-quality sear at home. Perhaps you'd like to get a really romantic dinner to turn out just right.
How It Works
Pick a date; call or email us to confirm it (it's best to schedule two weeks in advance, or a month in advance on the weekends). Then, have a look at the menus. Let us know which one you like, and we'll send you grocery and equipment lists, so that you can shop prior to class. Then get ready for some serious cooking; students are always surprised by the amount of tips and techniques they learn in such a short period of time.
Then we leave you to enjoy the meal the menus will feed up to four, so you can share with some lucky friends, or enjoy the leftovers! I'll leave you with a recipe packet, so that you make the recipes again and again. The class will take about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, assuming we start with a clean kitchen with all the ingredients equipment pulled (if you're digging through the front hall closet for grandma's old springform pan, it might take longer).
